Hi,

Yes, premium for Dana has already reached AED 10 to 15 per sqft. Shahrukh's project s gonna launch @ AED 2500 (more or less). Prices for the plots will rise eventually.

And yes, the project is being laucnhed at that price. I have just posted a THREAD about the project. VIP launch is on 5th(before cityscape). Cityscape will be a platform to announce the project. Actuall launch is in Nov08.

Back from Cityscape now, and was shocked to see how much interest there was in Dana Island. What are other peoples views?

I started working on Dana Island long time ago cause i knew that Danal and Marjan Islands were the RAK's answer to Dubai's Palm Island.

Demographically RAK is well located and is the next tourist destination after Dubai. Dana island adds value to the upcoming property opertunities in RAK.

The best part is that Dana island is in its initial satges e.g. waterfront plots and SRK boulevard which i have been offering and which is either on very low premium or 0% premium as opposed to Marjan islands's 60%.

Well i offer again, low premium or 0% premium waterfront plots and SRK project special deals.
