Let me give you one more example, in DUBAILAND, you might get good property but for some time, no end users. But once its completed, its gonna attract 50m tourist every years. Now it depends that you are a long term or short term investor. If short term, dont play with this property, just buy something in pre launch and exit in 3 months. Does it make sense?

In good locations, letting your proeprty isnt a big deal.
Granted we all know that nothing will materlise in Dubai land till 2015 but where do we put money for 2-3 month with 10 % and get out

buy something in pre launch offers and sell it on launch with the developer. dont wait for higher premium if you are not sure about it. If you have more than a million to invest, then you buy something at investors launch and sell it on pre launch. If you need some suggestions, send me your email ID. I have few pre launches where you can earn good returns in 3 months.

Regards

Recent Government travel warnings about Dubai not good for the property market!!!!

And will this have a long term affect on the market demand??

Perhaps it is time for Dubai investors to hedge their bets in a safe haven such as Spain!!
new regualtions make it very safe to buy
market at or near it's low
Good deals about

I dont think these warnings will have much of an effect. Terrorist warnings are happening all over the world, does not affect property prices/ demand like Central London prices before the credit crunch.

UAE has still got growth potential. Next few months will go a bit quiet but after summer holidays and towards Cityscape Dubai, prices will rise fast.

Lets wait and see.....from UK perspective it is the Middle East and up to now it seemed safe...but no longer according to our government!!

Prefer to be an owner in Spain than Dubai at the moment....agents will have a bit of a struggle getting over this

London is not a similar situation as everyone knows not for that matter is New York
