Show me a completed block and then some letting agents for that block. I will then see how much stock is empty in the block in order to establish rental demand.

Seems to me a lot of people will end up with unlettable property costing them mainenance and mortgage each month. Thats a cost anchor, not an investment.

You are right in one aspect of the investment planning. Every property is not a Golden Egg, thats why, before you put your hand in property a good research is needed to be done.

There are thousands of properties in Dubai which were taken as TRASH a years back and they are in HIGH demand these days. Good investors holded on to them and are now having good returns.

Let me give you one more example, in DUBAILAND, you might get good property but for some time, no end users. But once its completed, its gonna attract 50m tourist every years. Now it depends that you are a long term or short term investor. If short term, dont play with this property, just buy something in pre launch and exit in 3 months. Does it make sense?

In good locations, letting your proeprty isnt a big deal.

I am mainly looking at Short Terms investments. Do u have any offers at present?.

I recently purchased a 1B/R apartment in Abu Dhabi and flipped it within 9days for a 100% Return on Investment.
