Could someone please advise me what the current premium is on Badrah Phase 1, two bed? Also, do we know for sure when the phase 3 launch will take place?

Without much hassles, you should be able to fetch 10% on your 2 Bed.

There are people quoting between 12 to 15%, but they are not able to unload their units at that.

I don't mind buying at 8% myself.

I think that might be the prices for Phase-2. Mine is a Phase 1

I meant for the phase 1 only. You are not wrong if you are expecting around 12 to 15% premium, but due to the summer season, many investors seem to be out of town. Hence, only a few transactions are taking place and it is tough to flip. Selling at a rate which is little lower than the average demand of the market, will make it easy for you.

Or else you can wait till september.

Oh thanx. If you can get me any Phase 1 at 10% I'll defifnitely be interested
