I am looking for a studio in re-sale in Dubai, with low premium.

Attractive paymentplan, whereby only 10% / 20% has been paid (preferably with finance).

Possible locations could be Dubai Sport City, Jumeirah Viallage South, Dubai Investment Park etc.

The budget is around 150.000 AED for the moment...

Do you mean £150000 or AED?? 150000 AED isn't alot...will be hard to find something around that much...or does this amount only allow for the initial 10-20% payment?

Dubai will be quite hard to find something...have you tried RAK or Ajman?

I have found and Already booked 3 appartments. See the details on the pre-launch @ JVS threat in the link below. You can book an appartment for about 150.000 AED downpayment and the next payment will be next year June, so with only 150.000 AED downpayment you can enjoy 1 year appreciation and sell it with good premium.

I'll let you buy both of my apartments for AED 150 000, 15% paid, which would mean at the time you buy them from me, your purchase price of AED 150 000 would instantly be worth over AED 500 000 (which is what I paid for those 15%). That's quite some interest!
