I have a 1 B/R apartment in the Elite 3 sports residency located in Dubai Sports City to sell Urgently.
At the time of purchase these were sold out in 2 weeks by the developer so have been very popular.

I need to sell because I have been unable to raise the next 15% fully at this stage. I have paid 15% up till now.
