1) Whats the point of stating the price saying its direct from owner and then later adding your commission charges?

2) I dont get these distress sales. Prices are always in line/higher than the market price

3) Not a very good buy for long term because it has been rented at 150k which is lower than what can be had at current market rates. You can get market rates if you get the tenant to vacate the property but i wouldnt ever go down this route as this is highly unethical.
