yes i live in dubai and currently the market price as per alineah.com price index for Dubai Land should be around 930 - 1075 PSF. - you are the one who is asking WAY above the Market value !!

Please do not go by alineah.com or betterhomes.com...
Rather what the market is asking currently- that is, DSO prices for an almost completed project are not to be found under 1250 per sq.ft.
This project is the palace by Tameer due for completion in 3 months..
I challenge you to do a little more homework and see that studio's in this project are in fact going for 650,000 onward...
anywho, we'll leave it at that...

This is really a strange way of conducting business as to offending your customer, however my last standing offer is 457,900 and it will last of 10 days only - PM if agreed - i'm a cash buyer.
