Hi,as ur ad is that mean the project in Ajman min investment 900,000dhs in 6months can get 50%return?
1,The 900,000dhs we would pay is the one time payment and no more payment within 6 months?
2,The cheque developer would pay to us would be amount 900,000+450,000(50%)=1,350,000dhs?
3,Should we get the developer's cheque as soon as the 900,000dhs payment?

I will send you the details via email. And the answers of your questions are:

1. Yes minimum investment is 900,000 and no more payments will be made further. This will clearly state in the MOU
2. The PDC will be of Investment amount + Returns. 1350,000 (more or less)
3. Yes as soon as payment is made, a PDC will be issued immediately.

Yes you are right. And even without a PDC, a buyback or a MOU deal(guarenteed returns) from a well reputed developer is the safest deal so far. It helps the investor to safely park his money without any fear of uncertain market condition or unexpected price fall.
