Yes, you are absolutely right. Having a tengibale asset in your name gives confidence to the investor. And as per your question, either you buy an appartment as a regular buy or you take buyback offer, a 'reservation form' is being issued to you. This reservation form and payment receipt make you the owner of the property.

So in buyback case, after the 'fixed' period, you return the original documents to the developer and he pays your investment and returns.

If anything happens, developer still pays you and the worst case scenerio, the property will be transfered to your name.

Regards

Well, Al barakah hasn't run away. They are just having problems with funds which ofcourse is delaying the payments even employees' commissions. Buybacks investors are safe as they have a legal document and have claims over the property they did buyback for.

Communication gap is making the situation bad. So I, myself cant say anything about it.

Dear Aryan, why are you not replying to your personal
Emails. It is very unlike you. You used to go great lenghts in describing the 'Buy Back' deals from Al -Barakah. I hope you have not done a runner like Imran Khan the CEO.
I hope you did not know from the very beginning that the whole deal was bogus.
UAE govt. May not look kindly to your affairs .Gather courage and write about the whole saga.
Good Luck

Your 'Buy -Back' Victim
