Default Handy tip for non UAE based investors

Hi

I find the the Better Homes monthly property magazine is a good read with load of useful info, stats, prices etc. You dont have to be in Dubai to obtain it!

You can download this in pdf form from their website.

From the home page in the centre of the page click on 'Discover our full range of services'.

Then at the top of the next page click on 'Publications'.

Finally bottom of the next page click on 'Download Better Homes Property Magazine'.

Hope this is useful.

Make sure your that you deal with a broker that is RERA (The Real Estate Regulator Agency, Land department, Government of Dubai), registered. That way you transaction is in safe hands and the broker trained in the Laws of Real Estate of Dubai.

Absolutely.

I know there have been a few changes in the law to protect investors in the last few months.

This is quite reassuring for a new investor.
