Its selling at USD2800/ Sqft which is ridiculous since the completion date is 2020. Why not buy something for USD 3000/ Sqft at Burj Dubai instead which is due for completion in late 2009?

Nakheel always amazes me with its weird tactics.

Granted, all sky scrapers do look phallic to a certain extent...but seriously?

I'm not sold on the design either.Its a little bland and not maybe what you would call iconic.
I'm not overly sold on the Burj either.

But is it going to be delivered successfully?
How long the delivery will take?
What is going to happen to the mother and the other sons in the next 10 years?
