Anyone heard about Deyaar Enclave Launch...

Do you all think it is worth going for it...

Deeyar make good developments, but if the price is stupid what's the point. Developers have to understand that they cannot sell for stupid prices anymore.

Gulf news had a nice article about Spanish property where the developer was offering " buy one and get one free " deal on property. Dubai is building too much and let's hope we don't have such situations here.

Buying anything now is a bit dicey, wait and watch would be the right approach.

In London people have already started advertising buy 1 in dubai get 1 in ajman free

Have heard that market for ready property is good. Any one who owns a property which is recently launched is struggling to sell. What are you thoughts. How is the market after CitySpace

Deeyar Enclave is launched at 1730 per sqf for single units...

If u buy 8 units or more then the prive would be 1600 per sqf...

Only one building is launched...

Completion of the project is by 2013...which i think is way too long...

However the payment plan is nice...which is only because of completion date...

Pay 10% Down Payment...5% after 8 months then 5% every 6 months...

50 % on Completion...

Talk of a good bait. While the current pricing is in the range of Dhs 1300 psf...where is Dhs 1730.

They have cleverly built up the price and offered good payment terms.

Deyaar couldnot sale out completely that building during city scape.
this is evident from deyaar calling me after city scape 2008 about my registration in prelaunch and trying to convince me to buy these as i did not show up at launch...

the cloud of financial crunch is still there...?
