Dear Owners,

I need properties that you wish to sell that are nearing completion or are ready. Am also looking for apartments direct from owners to rent out for our growing list of tenants.

I've 1-bed appartment for sale in Burj Views, 24 fl, business bay view. dhs 2.15m net to me. Completion is in Feb 2009.

And 2-bed appartment in Lake View Tower, JLT for rent.
