One of my friend - a local guy needs urgent a villa in the jumeirah area - jumeirah beach road - al wasl or palm jumeirah - ready and vacant - with commercial license

his budget is 15 million AED

I have a 4 bedroom villa on Palm Jumeirah 5000 sq ft with private swimming pool and ready to move in. Asking price is 17,000,200 which is slightly above yor budget. If still interested please call me on 07956 277 278 asap.
