Memo thats great news. Incase you dont know, there have been several bounced PDCs issued by this person. I am assuming he will be getting arrested soon. Let me now confirm if he is actually back!

My partner's maturity date was Nov 12th (my personal investment in this particular buyback was AED 450,000). If he is back, I am going to try to get my money back from him. I have my fingers crossed!

Not all buyback deals were in Ajman.. many deals were for city of arabia too. The developer is Dubai based not Ajman based. He is registered with rera with dev # 888.

MEMO...My partner just went to the Insidetrack office and asked their salespeople if Imran is back or not. They all said they have "heard" he's back 2 days ago but noone has seen him yet. I am still not convinced if he is back or not. Dont believe on fone calls, as they could be diverted to any location in the world. Currently I am in the process of finding out from the Immigration if Imran actually came back or not. Ill keep you updated. I want to take this scam to the newspapers but I want to be 100% sure about everything before I do.

we have a law in my country that even if you write a check for 3000 dirham and it bounces you would be put in jail.
so what is going on
if all are saying that the police stations are filled with investors with bounced checks , what are the police doing and why isnt he in jail yet and why is the money not returned to all investors?

Who will return the money? The developer is bankrupt! Anyway, please try to find out even from your sources a confirmation on Imran's whereabouts. Dont believe in what a property agent tells u.

he is in hiding from the police for there is a warrant for his arrest
