i just got a letter yesterday..at last, some correspondance!!! anyway, zero 4 tell me that my apartment is now put back until 15th july, but i did get a letter from nakheel too- if that means anything!!!BUT at least something is finally happening. i'm in s 17..so good news for anyone that is in this section!!!

Its really bizarre that those whose apartments are being handed over after mine, are being sent confirmation letters, yet my apartment which is supposed to be handed over 4th June and I havent received anything.

i received notification by post yesterday for handover 3rd June, copy of Nakheel letter attached.

another letter due soon confirming remaining fees....

"With reference to our previous correspondence regarding the handover date on the above subject matter we have now received an updated letter from Nakheel stating that the handover date in spite of our continuous follow-up, has been postponed to 24 June 2007.

Has anyone received their final statement of accounts from zero4 yet?

Zero4 have told me that handover from Nakheel to them is on the date mentioned in the letters sent out to everyone. They also mentioned that it should take only a few days for them to check the apartments and be ready to hand over apartments to us.
