I am actually going to dubai end of this month as will be unable to go in September. I am giving POA to zero4 to carry out handover on my behalf. I have registered with them also to rent property out but was wondering if anybody is using them or other agents. It will be difficult for myself to rent out as I won't have time to go out there again. Are you quite familiar with dubai rental market? Do you think it will take long to rent them out? We have waited long enough already & lost out on a lot of rental income!!!!!!!!!!

Does that mean you guys in T3 have received a firm handover date from Zero4?

I still haven't heard anything for T7 yet.

heard that some people have moved out due to this smell, anyone heard anything from zero 4 or any other companies about what is going to happen with it??

I have had an email from zero4 confirming that Nakheel are going to handover T4 to them w/c 9th Sept and then they need a week to handover to apartment owners.

However, they are advised me to wait until proper confirmation before booking flights!
