I was in dubai last week & went to zero4 office, I was given my handover letter by hand as I was there, everybody else should receive it thru the post soon. The letter states Nakfeel are handing over apts on 9 September. Zero 4 will start handing over keys from 20 September. Appointment will have to be made with Shirley Matthews to collect keys & view apt. Alot of other info is included with letter.
I was taken to I/C site but was not allowed to view apt inside as it is so close to handover. Looks nice from the exterior & spain is definately one of the best to look at from outside. It was my first visit to I/C & was happy with what I saw! I don't think we can lose out on these apts because they are so close to Dubailand, so from an investment point of view they should do well!

Hi all!
I was in Dubai during the month of July..I met Shirley Matthew and I went to IC. I have o admit that Spain it's really really nice. Tomorrow I'm posting some new photos. Zero 4 told me that the handover date would be the 16 of september.
I had also completed the procedure for the power of attorney if anyone is in troble can contact me and I wold be glad to help.

I have received a letter from Zero4 today regarding handover of S8. Also enclosed was a glossy leaflet offering furniture and rental packages for the apartments. The date they have given for the handover of the building to Zero4 is 30 Sept. and handover of keys to the owner from 18 Oct. You have to make an appointment to go and collect your keys.

Zero 4 have requested a payment of AED 5000 for 'Handover service fee', has anyone also been charged this fee. Surely handover is part of the package price?

This fee is only applicable if you ask Zero4 to do the handover on your behalf.
You can do the handover yourself and avoid such costs if you wish.

I recieved the handover dates as well from zero4 and its 1st Nov. I just wanted to know what is the service charge in spanish cluster, I have the total amount from zero4 which is very high but not per square foot. Is it 11.68? and also can you confirm if the 1 bedroom flats are 710 or 740 square foot?
