Default Handover Fee 5000 Dhms

Hi All
To my understanding the Handover fee has to be paid regardless. The letter enclosed in the pack clearly states that the three requirements for the handover to go smoothly are.
1. All outstanding balances to be paid in full
2. 5000dhms to be paid for handover fee
3. Power of attorney forms to be fully completed.

Hope this helps

I have a 1 bed in the spanish cluster and have just been given October 11th as a hand over date, has anyone got the same? Plus can anyone reccommend a letting/management company to handle the handover and leasing for me.

That is incorrect. The 5000AED is only if you want Zero4 to undertake handover on your behalf! An individual can undertake their own handover through instructions from Zero4 once they have collected the keys e.g you can get DEWA to connect the water and electricity etc ....

....The only balance therefore that would be outstanding is the Service Charge and payment of any instalments on the apartment.

Hi esteemed property owners of Spanish cluter properties!
I was wondering if any of you are planning to stay in your properties or are you all renting out?

Cheers, MI

Default any smell in spanish cluster?

Sorry to mention the odourous subject.... but i was reading the thread about IC smelling of sewage. Can someone tell me whether Spain smells? I have already read about Morocco and China being bad... and apparently England has no smell. How far is Spain from Englais?

Will be grateful for any feedback as I haven't been out to Dubai since buying the flat and never been to IC....

I was in Dubai in July, and I visited IC spanish cluster where I bought a studio. Definitly there was no odour or bed smell. Spain is very nice like Italy.
