I managed to make an appointment for handover, with Zero 4 through Shirley. Since making this over 2 weeks ago, my emails have had no response. I hope that all is ok for the handover.

have called zero four several times and they don't get back to you now, especially shirley. they say they will call, but they never do. i have booked a date with them for november, but have not heard anything since.!!!

Hi All

After 3 days of sweating I managed to get in touch with vijesh the guy who deals with accounts. The phone lines at Zero 4 were busted (as they put it).He managed to clear all my queries They say they are very busy because of the handover and also because they only work till 3 p.m (Dubai time) due to Ramadhan. But a few weeks ago when I emailled Shirley she was quite prompt in returning with a handover date. I think you need to be a bit more persistant. I have found sending them emails or calling them first thing in the morning normally produces results.
