I also have a two bedrooms apartment in ARY Spanish Cluster S5 building. How do you know that others are given possession in the same building. Is this building really complete. What response you are getting from ARY about possession. When I phoned them, they said yes it is coming up but when nobody knows, how helpless we all are!!!!!!!

I know some friends who have apartments like in T-series, they got calls from ARY. I spoke with Mr. Manzoor & he said that he will let me know the exact date by wed, 5th dec. I think they might hand over the keys by 1st week of Dec. I live in Riyadh & I booked direct from ARY. Where do you live & which office you deal with?.
This is max I have.
It seems or I felt that I have not purchased but we are bagging from ARY

Dear Tareen,

I also booked the apartment while I was living in Riyadh. My contact person is also Manzoor but I will say all these ARY sales personnel are very mean and never give you the correct answer. At least I don't rely on them anymore. However pls keep in touch and never forget to inform me when you receive any concrete info about possession of your apartment. I will do the same.

did u got the nakheel sales/purchase agreement also? because i got the possession in july and i rented out my apartment but I am still waiting for the nakheel agreement letter.

This agreement letter from Nakheel sorry i am not sure what this is? apart from the Contract i have not had any other letters from them.
