Hi there

I was originally on the C4 forum but because the IC thread kept being deleted I have joined TP.com forum.

Does anyone know the date of completion of Spanish Cluster. I understand it mught be 28th Feb 2007 as stated by someone at Zero4.

The C4 IC thread got deleted so I need confirmation again.

Also does anyone have the email address of the person at Zero4 who gave that date?

I spoke to my agent today and he also tells me that he ANTICIPATED and I emphasis the word, date of completion is 28 Feb 07. Also the handover will be done in stages so don't hold your breath.
I have purchased 2 studios in IC Spain how about you? Also have you heard anything on the service charges??

I purchased a 1 bed apartment in spanish cluster.

My agent has informed me that a company called Zero4 are managing the handover and management of the buildings during completion.

On C4 forum, a member mentioned that someone at Zero4 emailed them to say completion was 27th Feb. However, no one contacted me, which I find strange i.e why are they not communicating information out to all unit holders.

My agent informs me also that Nakheel set the service charges and these will roughtly be 10 AED's per sq ft (including building insurance). When I complained about the excessive charges, they were apologetic but stated that Nakheel have control over these charges and that I would need to make a complaint direct.

On C4 forum someone also had a link to a "letter of complaint template". The thread got deleted before I got copy and paste it. Does anyone have that link???

Hi all,
I have come over from c4 and i too hope that the others will follow suit, Its a shame all that info was wiped out but its good to know that this site is here.

Does anyone know anything about how we are going to recieve our appartments? We have bought a 1 bed in morroco section, we have paid the final instalment and also the maintenance fee (which i might add is quite expensive), Im trying to find out if they will send us the keys via our agent or will we have to collect them personally. Is anyone else in the same boat !!
Does anyone have any photo's because we have been asking our agent but getting know luck!!!

I have just noticed that nakheel website is advertising leasing units in i/city from 31,000 dhms year
Are those units just unsold units? they seem to be advertising 100's.
