Delays are around 12 months so at least you can relax! Dubai was nice but the traffic was awful i just dread to think with all these apartments will definitely heighten traffic and cause more congestion! good luck to all who are staying with their Dubai investments if anyone does want to sell i have an excellent agent in Dubai who will set you free!

same as you, I bought before 2 years ago a flat for a the Global garden view (phase 3) of the BestHomes, the problem is their customer service is very bad, they never informed me the status of the construction and they never update their website, lately i found out that the project has been delayed for unknow period.
I paid already 65% for the flat price. I spoke to many times and asked if they could transfere me other project (phase 1,2) that will finish at end 2008, but prices have risen more than 35-45% and they want me to pay these prices,it almost double what I paid before and exchange rated have changed alot.
Any comments, will be appreciated

Soil investigation report prepared and forwarded to Al Attar on September 2006.
Full set of Drawings (Arch, Structural, MEP) prepared and submitted to Nakheel on October 2006 along with Soil Investigation Report and Demarcation.
Waiting to receive the approval & building permit from International City L.L.C & Nakheel within October to November 2006.

When did you buy ? i bought Global Garden (View phase 3). but it has been delayed untill 2009. they offered me refund with interest, but I refused. because the prices have risen about 30%.

In Aug 2005. They want me to sign MoU which does not still state the commencement and/or completion dates.

I have been told by Tameer that they have started the construction of Al Jawzaa and in June I was told that they were at shoring and piling stage. In fact I have some pics of the site as well which shows that the work has actually started on Al Jawzaa. Not sure how you say that Nakheel is not giving construction permission?
