The compliance certificate/permission to build for Vancouver was
recently
award by Nakheel .we expect the same to happen for toronto and global
point
in next month.preparations are well underway to break ground ,and we

submitting re-design requirements to the master developer addressing
their
enhancements on utilities and services .the integrated master plan for
phase 2 and phase 3paved the way for better educational ,religious and
recreational facilities and in a letter issued 31st of July 2007 has
also
see utilities and services developments from a centralized gas system
,to
better TSE (Treated Sewerage System) ,which makes the integrated
international city phase 2 and phase3 a definitely better product.

Hi guys,
I've been away from this forum for some time because I had sold my IC1 apartment. But I have a studio in Aljawzaa. If work has started with this project then infrastructure must be complete. When i spoke to Tameer a few months ago, they reckoned the whole project could be completed in 6 mths (starting Dec 2007 and finishing June 2008), thats good news if it is true.

I hope they are not building a mud house!!! Inasmuch as we want our properties early, I think thats too tight a timescale.

Sounds too good to be true...then it usually is.

Rule of thumb a small building from breaking ground to completion = 12 to 14 months.

1-the land handed over on april 2007
2- the permission for construction still didnt issue

God help us there isnt any thing clear in this project

I thought you posted earlier that Vancover tower had been granted the permission, and the others to follow.
So whats going on?.
