Flexibox, only this morning i noticed C4 mods have DELETED the IC thread started a few days back. What a pathetic rule based forum. Such a shame so much information was available now all for nothing. Hopefully this will be the next site going forward!

I believe most IC Phase III projects will be completed in 2008, although my property (toronto tower) is slated for completion in November 2007. However Nakheel re-designed the master plan so adding 6 months minimum onto that date brings us into May 2008!

i think £47K is a bit expensive for a studio in IC3. sphere gardens is nothing special, there are many more identical buildings like this one but with different names.

ive just had my contract for Aljawzaa, the service charge is only 7aed as oppose to ICs 11aed per whatever.
Just made a payment to tameer, anyone know how long it takes to get a receipt and who to email for one??

Soil investigation report prepared and forwarded to Al Attar on September 2006.
Full set of Drawings (Arch, Structural, MEP) prepared and submitted to Nakheel on October 2006 along with Soil Investigation Report and Demarcation.
Waiting to receive the approval & building permit from International City L.L.C & Nakheel within October to November 2006.

Hello Guys
Has any bought an apartment in International City Phase 3 China?
We have but have been informed the project has been delayed by upto 3 years!!. This is after having paid for 50% of the apartment a year ago. Anyone else in the same boat??

Any advise?? We have been offered our money back with interest but where else will we be able to invest now in IC Phase 3 for 300,000 for a large 1 Bed?
