can anyone please tell when is france sector is due for completion.
I am not get any information on FRANCE construction anywhere.

The only info we have is that the handover was delayed by one year, which means Nakheel has to hand it before december 2007 according to the contract as they are not allowed to delay it later than that.

Some people in other forums informed me that their agencies told them to expect hand over towards July/Aug. How true is this? Only God knows.

My agent kept silent as usual. Once he got the money he does not care anymore...

Yes, I am in France cluster.

There is no law to protect the consumer or investor. Let us hope at least the
handover will be in this year 2007.

I hope all who are in France cluster, especially those who are in Dubai
or have visited Dubai recently, can share with us their information and pictures if possible.

Hi Panchal,

I am neither from Dubai nor staying in Dubai otherwise I will not be here
asking for pictures about France cluster...

At this time I am not interested in doing any further investment in Dubai.
So, I am not looking for any new projects.
Too many problems and we do not know if our current investment would deliver as promissed. I find the agents very unprofessional. Once they get your money they turn their back on you...and you are left in darkness!
