End May is likely. Lots will be delivered in May/June. This is the time when rental market may fall to ease burden on consumers but investors won't like it!

90% payment was completed last year April 2006 10% was completed in feb2007 all done but still waiting for the keys who is gona responsible for this loss??? any idea around?

yep there will be charges levied. I received a long list which keeps increasing...!!!

Still I think we all should do something like legal case or atleast contact to nakheel and land department. Dont pay the money till the matter is solved. Some people are saying that ARY will cancel their booking, they cant do now bcuz they have done this in pakistan and got very bad reputation. They dont wanna spoil their name again in uae, they are starting lots of projects here. I think u guys will see something regarding ARY in Gulfnews and Khaleejtimes very soon INSHAALLAH. My request is u all do something for yr hard earned money, like send emails to khaleejtimes,gulfnews,dubai land department and nakheel

My dear, I wrote to various newspapers but of no use. Land Dept did not respond. You try!!! I paid the money as I had no way and no help from "authorities". Plus, I think newspapers wont report such bad publicity cuz its all controlled probably.......
