Don't suppose anyone has information on Champions Tower 1? Was supposed to be ready late 2007 but now gone back to June 2009. Developer is Memon Real Estate. Started to get nervous now cos of the slow progress, so was wondering if anyone had opinions of Memon or had also invested in this development?

Completion is projected to Q1 of 2010

Developer is selling at almost 1900 sq.ft

They are also offering 10% rental guarantee for 10years or 50/50 split with the hotel.
