Question sportscity anyone?
hi all,i have bought in sportscity the apartment block is called the elevation does anyone have any views or info on it as an investment,thankyou martinm.

hi all,there was no developer in place when we bought in 06 the selling agent is larionovo part of profile europe have you heard of them?they sendnt me a letter saying there is one in place now but dont say who they are? larionovo are selling profile residence, bermuda views, stadium point and the elevation.any info on the developer or the selling agent or the development please.thankyou martinm.

Default unknown developers
I would recommend to all, be careful of unknown developers. I have been in dubai since 1999 and i can tell you of one developer that went bust 4 weeks ago. Clients have lost $38m. Its a sorry sight as most people place upmost good faith in the developer. Regards, Dubai Mortgages

IS IT A GOOD INVESTMENT OPTION. i HAVE RECEIVED INFORMATION THAT DUBAI LAND AND SPORTS CITY WOULD BE THE NEXT GOLD MINE OF DUBAI AND INVESTORS INVESTING TODAY CAN GET UPTO 250% OF THEIR INVESTMENT IN 5 YEARS.

thanks kidproperty, thats good to hear i was thinking of pulling out but i have it over half payed for so i may stick it out now when would be the best time to sell is its to be ready in 08.

Dubai Sports City will be a nice area when complete but be careful which development you purchase in and check its location.

hi all, i just got an email sayin that the winser in dubai land all studios, 1beds are sold out an are up 16% an the forcast for 2009 is that they will be up 56% could there be any truth in this?
