Starting from February 1st, 2012 the petition will be made available to the public. Thus everybody can sign the petition and support our move. Of course this happens only and if DLD & RERA do not reply to our legitimate request.

We will pursue our rights till we have been fully refunded and compensated.

It is true that city of Arabia is providing best services and facilitating its customers very much but we can not ignore the importance of Dubai Marina, Business Bay etc. There many new projects that have been started in these places and people are taking more interest in these. investors are also investing in apartments rental business. I have much more information regarding this so if you are interested then I can help you out.

there is great progress in all investors joining together to file a single petition to have the project cancelled once and for all, so that every one can get their money back. IMGG are not replying to any of my e-mails or calls, has anyone had success in contacting them?
and if yes what is thier position. it has literally become a joke, Metro Tower was suppose to be complete in 2008 and 2012 limited to no construction. I and M towers again were suppose to be completed in 2007 and 2012 again no construction. they have cancelled the Mall, change construction plans without informing investors, do not provide 50% loans on completion anymore, threatened and bullied investors in to keep their mouth shut. but i say enough is enough lets take action. join the above group, sign the petition dont sit back and accept defeat. seriously i have lost so many nights of sleep over the devestation caused to me and my family by this compnay i nearly went bankrupt because of this company and i know some other people are actually in so much debt because of IMGG actions. no more, enough is enough. please e-mail me if you like to join the action on

I strongly recommend to avoid to buy property in Dubai as I have lost 550,000 AED because the project "WINGS OF ARABIA" in City Of Arabia area, have been canceled. I paid more than 50% of the total price to a german Company A.C.I.. The owner of ACI, Mr. Robin LOHMANN, who is the responsible man, is warned that if I ever have a chance to meet him, he better prepare himself to return my money or he will pay the consequences. Dubai is not a safe country for small foreign investors as you do not have any right and there is no justice because a delinquent like Mr. Lohmann was supposed to be in jail in Dubai for all the money he rubbed to us. Instead, I am sure that he is having good time spending our all life savings. So do not repeat my mistake. Keep your money out of Dubai.

Cher up buddy. You did not lost your money.
With present sqf price of 5000 AED in Paris / France then there is a light at the end of the tunnel even for you. Its just a matter of waiting another 5 years.
Price in PARIS as of today:
New buiding avarage: 50.000AED per m2
mid range 75.000AED per m2
high end 100.000AED per m2

London. Hong Kong, Singapore also coming up. Eventually Dubai will also start to pick-up in a few years time and you will get your money back.
