Exclamation City Of Arabia cancellation??????

Um i dont think so. Just for your infos The Galadari group has been one of the biggest groups in Dubai way before the real estate boom took place. So trust me these guys are old cash and a pillar to the city, I 've been in Dubai all my life so i should know
Plus I know some people from the project team and i found out the delays were not from the city of arabia but from Dubailand and the Dubai municipality as they weren't giving out permissions on time. So because of that everyone had to suffer. I found out that everything was sorted and everything is on track unless a new problem pops up from Dubailand or the municipality. Its sad that the wrong people have to get blamed because of restrictions from higher powers. And oh yes I purchased in G-tower by GIO as well and trust me those guys are probably the most honest human beings I have ever met. I met with Rashid Galadari personally who is the younger brother of Ilyas and Mustafa Galadari and he explained everything to me. A wonderful man and one of the most articulate people I have ever met. When i asked him about the delays he just said one thing. "I dont think anyone has ever developed 4 billion sqft of space in the world and Dubailand is trying to do that so if there are any delays I would hope people would understand and i dont think many people have developed 20 million sqft of space so when there are delays that should be understandable as well. Unfortunately the cores delay effects everyone" I completely agree.
Too all the people that are complaining i advise them to shut up :-) especially when their purchase has gone up like theres no tomorrow. Anyways guys i hope this helps :-)

well said...... my investment has doubled on paper..... so i can't complain too much can I. ?..

further more with the recent increases coming through on the cost of build, it is only a matter of time before the developer starts to push up prices further...currently they are arounf 1450 psf, this probably get to 2000 dirhams psf by the end of this year.

This project is a signature project, it has stated to appear on the Dubai Map alongside other icons such as the BURG, .... this in itself will bring branding to this magnificent part of the planet.

It's time investors get a bit patient with off plan real estate developments. This is the sad part of off plan properties, but the happy part is you grow with the project in terms of appreciation.
