The 16th floor is an office, not residence. The 17th floor is the gymnasium, no apartments on that floor.

What I have said is true from what I have been told. I didnot contribute to forum early as I didnot have anything of importance to write. From what Towers says there should be announcment quite soon and even more good news so there seems to now be light at then end of the tunnel.

Default Worlds tallest twin towers!!!!

Hi guys, im new to this forum,

just like to comment on the worlds tallest twin towers, Petronas in Malaysia has 88 occupied floors but still is excceds height of convential 100 floor building, Now, from my understanding, that area in DubaiLand have set restrictions that no building can exceed 70 Floors, (Don't get me wrong, that is still very tall), they have issues with flight paths, so i hear.

Anyway i am sure what ever towers are built over the crossing between COA and Majan will be spectacular, and will increse the value of our investment.

I will believe it when the news breaks out. I have just lost faith in the poster who claims to have residential units on the 16th and 17th floor of a building that has offices on the 16th floor and a gym on the entire 17th floor.

I think it is incorrect about the tallest twin towers as I too have heard about height restrictions due to flight path. Then again, this is all just hearsay, until proven otherwise.

Default Metro Prices

Well here's a datapoint for you. I have been advertising to sell my offices on 14th of metro for a 10% premium - no interest yet. If you really could onlyget them for 1400 upwards, someone would be biting my arm off.

Also selling my palm apartment as it has trebbled since purchase in 2005. Resale market there is string though.

Can't help but feel the Credit Crunch in UK and US has to hit home on Dubai too at some point.

If anyone wants my metro at 5% premium, let me know.

Hi Guys, I am new to this forum.

Any more news on this two towers going to be built in COA. Well I went onto City Of ARABIA overview, then clicked towers and then went into towers masterplan. There one can see two 80 storey towers shown in the plan.

Any idea about when these will be built?
