Hi Day Fox,
Would it be possible for you to ask Ms Shubha of Galadari if she knows about Arabian Crowne project in COA. I mean about the progress of construction because as the master developer the whole land of City of Arabia belonged to Galadhari group, so she could inform you more that I do not know.
Also please find out wether the infrastructure is 100% complete in COA.
Also wen the first phase of mall of Arabia and restless planet will be complete in COA.

Hi everyone.
Now with this slow down in Dubai and some of the developers scaling down their projects, does anyone know where we stand with our projects in COA. What I mean is will there be more delay before the projects start or are they going to be delayed for a very long time or being shelved alltogether.

I have asked MED a couple of times about their projects in COA and to inform me with the latest situation but have not had a reply as yet.

I asked about escrow account and registration of each unit to RERA. MED kept replying me they are under process.

DaFox any updates/news about COA?
I was reading an article today, what is happening in Dubai does not really look good. Infact I can say I am very worried about my investement in COA. Have anyone heard anything etc...
