What do you think in an invetsment in City of Arabia?
The problem I see is the delay of the project. But the location seems great. What is your opinion?

What about Ilyas & Mustafa Galadari Group? Is it a "safe" company? I read good about it, but I would like to know your experience.

City of arabia is the best investment right now in dubai even its better then Dubai marina and others

there are some projects name Wadi walk price was 750,000 AED when the project was launch like 8 to 10 months before and right now the price for 1 bedroom which was 750,000 AED Raise till 1.14 M Dirhams and its not avalable anymore

Even the begest mall of the world is going to be done in city of arabia

Well its best cau so many reasons

1. biggest mall in the world in City of Arabia
2. it got a metro all over City of Arabia
3. Limited Towers
4. will be biggest fun place in City of arabia

Dont forget i said u Wadi walk price increase 25% already in 8 months

and dont forget 81% of the shops in mall of arabia is sold out

Do anybody know when construction of Metro Tower in City of Arabil will start ?? Looking at the google satelite map there seem to be no activity on the city of arabia project ??

I don't think Google Earth shows up to date images due to security reasons. I used to check international city after it was mostly complete and it didn't show that.

I bought a 2bdrm flat in Metro Tower. Although the completion date was expected to be Dec 08/Jan 09, it looks closer to Mar 09, although ti could still get delayed further. Anyone else buy in City of Arabia? General sentiments?

I bought a 2bdrm flat in Metro Tower 7 month ago and they told it will be completed 1 Dec. 2008. I see somebody post in the forum that there is delay in construction and occupancy will be March 2009 or later. From where do you get this news ??
According to the real estate agent than I dealt with the construction schedule is not delayed so Im surprised to see somebody state otherwise in the forum.

If you go to landvestdubai com, you will notice that the date of completion is mar 2009. In the contract, they are allowed delays upto a year without compensation, trust me, there will be delays, there are delays all over dubai. which apartment number did you buy? facing wadi walk or emirates road? when did you buy it? has the cost gone up since?
