What I forgot to tell you is that the pre-launch is ont he 2nd of april just for one day and it is available for bulk buyers ...this is the best price you can ever get ...from the 2nd day onwards the prices start rising and also individual units are availabe....

Business Bay will Be Big!!
I would say that it is a long term investment that will pay off big time.

There are many projects in Business Bay. For those of you in Dubai, or planning to visit, have a look at the actual site for Business Bay. The lake is already there. the Plot for The Dancing Towers looks excellent.

If you are looking for a nice project to invest in in Business Bay look something different then the normal stuff. think if you were a company looking to set up home in a tower in BB when it is completed, what would persuade you to go for a particular office or floor?
