What are people's toughts on the small sizes of the apartments?
Is there any progress on filing a complaint.
I will do so shortly.

Title deeds are not in the near future!

yeh we visited some of the apartments the other day. We carried out an internal measurement and indeed it was way smaller than what the investors were actually promised. In this case, the developer should refund you the difference.

Hi all,
Has anyone made any progress with Prescott about apartment size?
Also, their maintenance charges appear to be over AED11-12/sqft.
That seems ridiculously high.
I am surprised at the lack of activity here!
