I was offered 155,000 for a studio with out balcony in the spanish cluster. Any opinion would be appreciated should I sell or hold ?

In the current situation i would not buy anything in international city, when better places like tecom, discovery gardens have become reasonable. Better to pay a little more and invest in a place which has more potential.

Can anyone see prices falling furthur in international city ? I have now been offered 165,000aed just woundering should i take it and run ?

It is not going to move from 165k for a long time. Dubai has it time I don't think will go down ,as is very cheap ,but will not go up unless the inflation picks up.

I paid 245,000 aed. I got another offer for 157,000 looks like prices are dropping every week.

The studios are in the spanish cluster T9 and T7 two with balconys and two with out 475 sq ft none on the ground floor.

who is your real estate? is the property build yet or still in process?

If priced at around 170k spain studios with balcony are going quite fast (except ground floor)...
