Hi Dear , ARY is handing over the italian cluster but they have put some more charges which we all hv to pay to get the NOC from them . So I dnt know wht we shud do to resolve this prob.. I cant figure out that can we make ARY change their policy towards their charges because I dnt think any can stop them from doing so...

Don't go misguided you can read this forum lot of good information here regarding nakheel charges ARY charges land fee etc etc

I suggest you to please read all carefully before you pay to anyone.

Hi Aliya I'm a new member too. Just wanted to check you managed to sort out the charges with nakheel. My experience here in uae is that sometimes thee is no urgency placed on dealing with problems. Its almost acceptable for them to have delays in every thing they do.
