Hi all - just wanted to know if anybody has any details of companies who organise subsidised inspection trips to the above.

Looking to purchase in the next 3months so want to go out and see for myself before i buy

Prime office rents on the office corrider of Sheikh Zayed Rd. between the 1st and 2nd interchange have reached 4300AED/m2. You do the math .
This is one of the few developers still offering a very attractive installment plan. You pay 5% to book it and then 10% when you sign the reservation form within 2 weeks. The first of 7 -10% installments is due April 1st 2008 and every 4 months after and the last 20% is due upon completion minus the 5% booking fee. Several inferior projects were launched this month at and above 2900AED/sf. This is a pre-launch.

I can also refer you to several top agents who can show you around the market and what else is abvailable in the market for your discovery trip but I cannot personally recommend a smarter investment than the one I mentioned. You can sell it at anytime after paying the reservation fee and signing the form and when you buy in the pre-launch you avoid the transfer fee that one would normally incur when you sell.
