Relocate to Dubai next year

Hi everyone,
I am new to this forum, and I can see it?s going to be very useful to me. I have read all of the posts with great interest, although very informative very few if any relate to my circumstance. Most of the people on the forum either relocate due to employment i.e. they have a job waiting in the country of choice ;or they are going to the country to seek employment. My position is different. I was born and bread in Wales UK, where I sell branded stock on EBAY. I purchase the stock from China, Italy etc.It is posted to me in the UK.Then I resell it on EBAY. I can earn a decent wage from this. It also frees me to sell from anywhere in the world. So I do not need to be sat in Rainy Wales anymore. I am a practicing Muslim, my wife is Welsh, and I have 3 young kids, ages 8 ,5 and 6 months, 2 boys and a girl respectively.
By selling on Ebay ,I can earn about ?600-?700 per week. I also have a number of agents who sell for me, so if I did relocate, I could mail them the products ,they would then sell the items , take their commission and then pay me online. I will also be selling myself. Currently my customers are mostly in UK, USA and Europe. International buyers do not seem to worry which country the item is being sent from(well hope not anyway).
If I moved to Dubai, with about ?70,000 cash (for a down payment on a property to live in) plus ?20,000 to start off with, and I hope to be earning at least ?500 per week. Will this be sufficient. I need to consider schooling for 2 children, health care ,a car and whatever else. Can I work from home, can I get a work permit. I am aware of people who sponsor you for a fee. What do I need to consider altogether/
I have done the maths, and it costs me about ?600 per week to live in the UK , this covers mortgage, running 2 cars. kids expenses etc.
I am 36 and I no longer socialize a lot like pubs and clubs, I don't often dine out; I am content at home, my point is I don't really squander alot.I know I've gone on a bit, but I would be happy if anyone could answer a few of my questions. Basically, could I live comfortably on my budget in Dubai. Initially I would have to rent for 3-6 months, then I wanted to purchase a villa. Thanks in advance.
