If you really want to know the delivery date of your building you should
Find out who your building owner is.
The building owner keeps your money as long as possible as they make money from interest or invest them in another property.

For example a building in China cluster was ready in Jan 2006 but the building owner has paid the money only at the end of April.
4 months interest on 15 million is at least 400,000 Dhs.
Once more Find out who the building owner is and don’t trust the agent as they play together against you.

Hi guys,

I have paid my final payment plus all other charges, and yet been given no date for handover for individual apartments! it is increasingly frustrating as its xmas and getting flights to Dubai from the uk is nigh on impossible not to mention everything is triple the price due to the holiday season(hotels and flights).

what happens if they give me hardly any notice for handover and i cannot physically make it to Dubai???

is anyone in the same boat as me??? if so i would take great comfort in having a chat or any advice people can give me!

regards

kaz

If you have paid everything expect handover in the next 5 months.

Now everything is up to your building owner.

And finally there is nothing like a handover date

One day you will get a phone call from most probably your agent to collect the key and than you can book your flight and come to INTERNATIONAL ****Y

His Company is called Sultan Real Estate. Tel no. +97143746024. If you ring him and tell him you want an arpartment in France and i have recommended you lets see if he gives u a good price
