I PAID EVERYTHING THEY ASKED ME AND I GOT THE KEYS OF MY APARTMENT BUT I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE AGREEMENT LETTER, GOD KNOWS WHAT ARE THEY DOING WITH IT, NOVEMBER IS STARTING AND IT'S BEEN FOUR YEARS NOW SINCE I BOUGHT THIS APARTMENT. I am trying to call ary office in karachi but nobody is responding in the office and when u go in there office, half of the office is empty most of the people who used to work there, left the job. I am still confuse if ARY is attempting doing fraud with us. Can somebody help me on this. What do you think about this ?. IS ANYONE HERE FROM KARACHI. PLZ GIVE ME YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION IF YOU ARE ALSO HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM....

Today ARY Dubai office informed me that they will be sending letter for possession of my apart. bldg. S5 in the coming week. True or False, I don't know??? Can you pls tell me what charges and how much did you pay to ARY at the time of possession in addition to the the total price of the apart and 2% registeration fee which everyone paid earlier??

i did pay 20,000 DMS , I got the possession but I am still waiting for agreement letter. I paid these extra charges in july and they told me that they would send me the agrement letter after 1 month but its been 4 months now.

Dont warry about the agreement letter will come soon or later.
AT least you have the keys

Easy on Mzia he is right about the Agreement letter it should come togather with the keys like all the customer at zero4 got theirs. Dealing with ARY yone thing for sure you can expcet any kind of fraud from them even asking for more money to hand over the agreement letter
