Default Some Questions About Morocco.

Hi everybody, i am new to these forums.I am thinking of renting a studio in Morocco for a family member. I do not know much about "Morocco" so i hope you can shed a little insight.

1) Is the smell from the plant extremly bad in the morocco cluster?
2) Is it difficult to access the main roads from morocco.

I also have some general questions about the flats in IC;

3) is there any public transport? (i.e taxis) available, and if you call the taxi service will they be able to find it!
4) Are there many stores already opened (especially in the morocco area) , for example a supermarket, or coffee shops/restaurants , and are there any plans to open international chains (like McDonalds etc.) ?

5) generally do you recommend Morocco

thank you so much for your time, i really do need this help

This is a matter of subjective judgement. Yes, it gets a bit whiffy on occasions. Many people find it's mild enough to put up with.

Morocco is next to the entrance from one of the main roads that circles IC.

Taxis congregate at the entrance to Dragon Mart, which is not too far to walk from Morocco.

I haven't spotted any shops being opened in Morocco, but it's next to China, where new shops are appearing every week - supermarkets, restaurants, and no shortage of real estate agents. I think it'll be a while before any Maccas or Starbucks franchisees take an interest.

thanks blinky bill, i went down there yesterday to check it out, and i was actually shocked with how small the studios where, i really didnt like the finishing of the inbuilt wardrobes.

However i did find the general area very nice.

I just have one more question, is it safe, in terms of break in etc. ?

(btw, are you an aussie, blinky bill, and maccas very aussie)

Spot on, digger.

Is it safe? I'd say it's very safe. There is some security provided by Nakheel, maybe 1 or 2 guys to cover the whole of Morocco. I've never heard of anyone having any trouble. (I live in Persia, not Morocco, but I don't suppose it's any different).
