Default Rufi Twin Towers - Sport City

Hi, been reading here for a while and now time to ask a question or two !

Does anyone have a view on this development? or Sports City in general?

I am looking at my first investment in Dubai and have come across this development being marketed by Iain Stewart at Whole World of Property. Very helpful chap, seemed knowledgeable.

Prices are about 650 AED /gross sq ft (2 beds)

35000 for a parking space

Any opinions appreciated about the agency marketing, the developer, sports city, the price, and general tips.

Many thanks !
JC

Rufi Twin Towers is an excellent development and will offer a good solid investment in Sports City.

PM me if you wish to discuss this further.
