Default Silicon Oasis a good bet?
Would like to know peoples opinion on DSO as an area to invest in.I have purchased at Silicon Arch and Palace Towers myself.From what I see DSO has alot of potential although its early days.Currently out of 180 plots I believe 40 have been sold and have found around 22 projects being built or about to be.There are 560 villas built with another 1050 about to be.Does anyone know how I can find out the position of the sold plots?the DSO website has nothing.Also a number of companies have signed up to work from there although so far the really big companies like Microsoft have not.However I believe that any project close to Dubailand will do well.People say Jumeriah and the Marina is the new Dubai but I believe when Dubailand is finished,Sports City,City of Arabia,Majun,Bawadi etc will make this area and anything next to it the new dubai.What does everyone else think?
