Default Which property would you buy

Hi all,

This is my first posting here. I am looking for completed projects with guaranteed rental potential in Dubai.

Given a option between

1) Discovery Gardens - Studio Apartment
2) International City England - 1 BR Apartment
3) International City Greece - 1 BR Apartment

which option would you select. Feel free to comment on your decision.

Thank you

Regards
SanM

Default any reasons?

Thanks for your reply. Any particular reason why they are not good. I am looking at a low budget (around 450,000 AED) completed property to buy and rent out.
Do you recommend any other properties that I should consider.

my main concern is since i am a overseas investor, I have heard a lot of bad reviews of construction not starting.

Hi sanm
Actually you should go for something that has got construction started and is with competetive price range, You can think about Sportc City or IMPZ where many RE companies started construction in last one month.

Hi mpat,

Do you know of any construction which has started in sports city or any reliable builders who are launching new projects

Smile hi

hi sanm

before you buy spend some time reading posts by member wayneis where you will find in his posts most of the ups and downs of buying a property in dubai

do your own research about the developer ,contractor, compare prices ,add delay period to advertised completion dates ,expect extra hidden charges ,and then think if it is worth the risk

see any banks are involved with the developer (less risk for you)

and good luck

regards
