Would you considering buying something for 70K or more by putting 30% or more as deposit and getting a mortgage on the rest?

If so, I'll be able to help you.

If anyone else is reading and would be interested in that proposal [any amount of mortgages], please pm me or reply to this thread. I have a clear list of the requirements ready to email you. You can read it, and immediately find out if you'll qualify for a mortgage with our lenders.

Best of luck

Rammah

I don't think you can compare it to London.
It's like looking at London, and then considering Luton.

However, if you didn't want to go through the mortgage route, then you'll unfortunately have to look outside Dubai.

I hope someone else can give you more specific and in-depth knowledge on Ajman's projects and its yields.

Regards,
Rammah

K2 theres a property just launched by Gowealthy called 'Axis Residence' at Silicon Oasis.
Although the units are expensive the payment plan is very good.Basically you pay 10% on booking,10% after six months and then 72 monthly payments for the balance.

Ajman will be good in terms of profitability,Renting out options are a bit dull since a lot of building are available in sharjah at competetive rates. If you want to invest now and sell it before completion, ajman will be good.staying there will be good. They are building international airport and roads also.

Any advice on finding 1BR in Dubai - ready to move in - 750-800 000 AED? Where? Forget International City though...
