Greece L sector handover option

Hi,
Beside completion amount to be paid, my agent offered 2 optional services:
# Snagging services (AED 1000) for handover inspection with licensed contractor
# Maintenance services (AED 3500 p.a.) for A/C, Electrical, Plumbing only for labor cost

Do you think it is worth to pay those optional services? Did you receive same offers? If unnecessary optional services, do you have any other alternative since I live in Asia.
