Default Nakheel contracts...help please

Hi,

I have finally received my contracts from Nakheel

I would appreceiate it if anyone could help me out on a few points:

1. Do they have to be notarized?

2. Do I need to send them to the UAE embassy in London?

2. Do I need to send all 3 copies back to Nakheel or should I keep 1 copy for myself (without their signatures).

I have tried to use the search function on the site but I can't find the information, I'm sure i have read it somewhere but i would appreciate it if you could post any helpful information.

Cheers

Ian

Hi Ian,

I can only advise you on what I had to do with my contracts. I signed all 3 contracts in the places where specified and also initalled every page in the corner of each copy. I didn't need to get anything authorised or sent to the UAE embassy in London. I kept one copy myself and sent the other 2 copies to my agent in Dubai. Be careful when posting as at 5000AED for replacements it's expensive if they go missing (like mine nearly did). The Post Office were useless in my case and get them insured. Hope this may help.
